Gray
I recently bought a Key Crypt Pro Cloning Kit from Lockdecoders and I am having some problems and was wondering if anyone else was having the same issues. The problems are that some keys are being read as totally different makes and one problem in particular I have had is reading 44 Phillips Crypto VAG keys. The PC software is saying it can't be copied but the PC software database says it can be copied to a pre-code 99 chip. I have lost about 4 key sales because of this. It is obviously a software issue that needs to be sorted.
keymaker
Have you purchased the ID 44 cloning software for the machine? If you have then upgrade the machine and it should load the cloning software. HTH

redcap
I supposedly 'have' this function on my machine as well..... I purchased ALL available modules (including all the eeprom). .... Having checked earlier today (I tried several ID44 VAG chips/keys); it does not appear to be working. 'ID44 - Cannot be copied'

Gray
That could be the problem then, although all these keys I am talking about were for 2000 VW Polos and according to the PC Transponder catalogue in the software should have been able to be cloned Can't help feeling I have been misold the product though, anyway I will ring Peter at Lockdecoders on Tuesday when he gets back and see what he has to say.
