I've been cutting keys for years and don't get many back [-o< , but just had one this morning.It was a Mila Trinity key which I cut on a genuine Trinity blank.The customer said it worked from one side of the door but not the other.

I,ve never known the answer to this,always thought it was how the customer was using it.. :-k .. :^o .. :-{{{

Any answers?

As a wild guess I wouldsay it's probably to do with one side of the lock being used more than the other therefore wearing unevenly on that particular side.

It may help to cut ever so slightly deeper for these occasions.

Then again I could be totally wrong :lol:
