redcap
Hi, Can anyone offer any advice, please. When I try to download any updates to my RW4 (or even when I try to 'test connection') I get a message saying 'Major Error During Transmission (nella funzione cRw4Tx::InviaEnqiry)' I know I am using the correct com port because I get a different message when I use any of the others. Anyone got any ideas, please?

redcap
Hi D-Power, Thanks for posting the advice, but I have tried using different ports. I am certain this is the correct one; I have even tried using the system to change the port that the RW4 connects through to others that I know are definitely not in use (e.g. 1, 2, 12, 15 18, etc) but I still get the same message. Any other ideas would be appreciated!
