I have 2 balls of Z Twist thread. What are these for.

for a sole stitching machine, unrvel one end and count how many strands, this may tell us what machine etc.

Any other info on the spools?.

with the threads as they used to be you could have z twist or s twist, one was normal and one reverse and would have been used in stitchers, we tend to use these up in bobbins rather than through the machines particularyl if it is a waxed thread
