kastanza Posted September 12, 2008 Report Share Posted September 12, 2008 Greetings all, I'm doing a run of basic tropy plate engraving - half way through the run & my laptop decides not to be able to detect my M40G anymore, which i thought was a bit odd as it was fine 2 minutes previously. I've rebooted a couple of times, but still nothing... ive left it alone for now before i start breaking windows recently i upgraded to XP service pack 3, i wonder if its produced a conflict? also any news on gravograph machines compatibility with Vista? ta. ANDY Posted September 12, 2008 Report Share Posted September 12, 2008 check all connections, and the dongle? if you have one, try doing a system restore to a date before you installed. all else fails give gravo a call. probably something minor.
