Auto Key Wizard
In most cases yes
D-Power
In most cases yes I'm more optimistic and I would say: in many cases yes. There are some makes for that is possible to program new keys also when all keys are lost. This not depend by device used to program keys, it's depend by the vehicle, for more accuracy refer to the manual of your device, generaly if reprogrammation/replacement of the ECU is needed that is reported. Technical Tony original
Yes - You should be able to delete all Working old keys . and start from new - on most cars . Hence the stolen or lost keys - could open the doors - BUT not start the car at all .
