I use them and have had several large orders for them, The software has been updated but still has a few failings in my opinion. One of the biggest problem is the sheet has to go through the printer perfectly and you have to calibrate the software to your printer. This has been improved with the new version but is still a little bit hit and miss.

I would go through Kev at CB for your stuff as I am a little unimpressed with Trend but thats up to you.

I was a heavy critic of the original version, and was sent a complementary upgrade to the latest version of the software. But I was so disillusioned with the original version I never used the new one.

However I now have a reason to use it and will be in the next couple of days. I will let you know how I get on.

it seems you guys share my opinion, i get mine from trend. i had a few printer issues to start with, but managed to get it quite good on a canon ip4300. then i got the new package and although it had better features i couldn't get the alignment on the printer, so i've stayed with the original version. is it just me, or is there a new dome recipie that is more sticky on top of the domes??? :? last week i had 100 medals all stuck together

Yes the domes are very sticky. Talking to EZEBADGE they already know of this problem and the MD is looking for another supplier. (don't know why they didn't stay with the original one in the first place).

I have overcome the problem of the medals sticking together by using baby oil on my hands. First off all it does my hands good and then the medals dont stick.

Last week I used the new version and it took me 2 hours to align the printer. The measurements simply didn't tally with the instructions, it was a nightmare to get right, and at that point I would have condoned the system to the bin.

However I have just completed a trophy order that was an emergency & I didn't have the 12 centres needed in stock, so for the second time in a week I used Ezebadge and having already calibrated my printer it was effortless! and finally I was relieved I had it on my computer.

Am I the first Ezebadge convertee ?

It does work ok, If your printer pulls the sheets into its self the same every time, Just printed 30 centres off, the first two lines, perfect the next four out of line. I suppose thats the printer.

But all the same Kevs gunna get it :D :D After I've brought him a beer of cause,

I will be demo-ing ezebadge on my stand at Cutting Edge on Sunday.

Full software and printer will be there, and i'll be on hand to give advice on the system.
