AFTER A LOT OF FILE SERCHING I HAVE MANAGED TO FIND A FILE THAT ALLOWS GRAVOGRAPH WITH A PARRALLEL DONGLE TO WORK WITH WINDOWS VISTA. THE ANSWER WAS ON THE GRAVOSTYLE GIFT CD ALL THE TIME.

For information:

Gravostyle 5 works with Vista after a bit of messing around, the dongle drivers should be on the CD or failing that available from us.

Gravostyle Quick OLD versions will run with Vista, but the version that requires the GT Smartstream driver will not work as the driver is not yet compatible with Vista.

If anyone is having problems, or needs any advice, please call me!

Thanks

use your watch jigs and clamp them hard, this stops them from sliding which means they are much easier to do. failing that, do it on the other side. explain to the customer that as the baby grows the engraving woul be covered by the sliding bit if put at the top.

Engraving the inside of these bangles is easy,

If you have the inside ring attachment for the IS200 you can use the 90 degree cranked diamond,

Attach & then face the diamond towards you (furthest from machine), then centre the vice to the diamond by clamping a depth nose into the jewellery/bracelet jig & jogging the vice away from the machine till the diamond & nose are aligned, Remove nose cone & your good to go.

Tip: If you need to engrave more than one word e.g. With Love Always then engrave the middle word first in the centre, then move the item in the jig left or right to engrave the other words.

Baby Script works well for these type of items.
