keithm
My Honda dealer has quoted £51-00 £21-00 for the key, cost for cutting it and programming £30-00 = £51-00 Mind you, I am trying to sell my bike for a new BMW, I'll only need it cut if the buyer boos up a bit about it, ie, a bent key. Are you aware of any issues with BMW keys? The Model will be 2007 K1200s and a cost of the keys would be helpfull Keith
Auto Key Wizard
£50 don't sound too bad BMW shouldn't be a problem as I don't believe they're chipped, so you could get one cut at one of those back street cobbler places really cheap
Guest napster (1961-2007)
honda HISS system.... cannot be copied by anyone but as long as you have one working key a dealer can program another one .... if you lose the last key ..... cost you a GRAND..... £50 ish is a fair price to pay... petercoulson
Keith, unless they have changed, BMW provide a normal key and a plastic key both of which are chipped. Not sure how much they are though.
