I know this is from a one year old post but hoping someone can assist me. I bought the eze badge system and all is loaded on computer but when I go to import templates, the file is empty and won't load. Any ideas? Thanks in anticipation. Karen

Thank you and I'm sorry but I wrote it wrongly. The pictures on the cd are what I want to import as per instructions on the manual. I can't do anything without them. Tools, Import Templates, select all, open. Nothing shows up in the file. Am I doing it wrong?

version 3. I have installed it on my computer, put in the cd with eze badge image disc, clicked on tools, import templates, selected all pics, then nothing will import into the program.

As I see it, the program is not allowing me to import pics into it. I don't know why and I need to print up some samples asap. The supplier is not open til Monday so I was hoping someone else knew the answer. :(

hi karen,

i've just had exactly the same problem after i loaded it onto my laptop and after messing about forever gave up on it.

i think a quick call to ezebadge is probably gonna have to be the answer unless anyone on here can provide a solution.

Thanks for the help. It's so frustrating, I have now given up!! I will call them on Monday. I can't believe something so simple can be so difficult. At least I know I'm not doing it wrong, now. I have spent over 10 hours just following the instructions in case I misundertood them.

When I sort it out, I will pop back and post the answer. Cheers, Karen

 The problem is fixed!!! The cd I was using was the pics. I should have replaced the software cd in the drive instead of the pics cd.

OK, I'm embarrassed, but why don't they say so??? It makes me mad when they assume I am a computer literate person. Thanks to everyone who tried to help. :D

me agai. All went well so far as making up a sample, put in text, colours and pic as per wizard, also tried it manually. Then it says Apply or Apply to all. OK, but then no pic shows on the circles, I've tried everything. Any ideas?

step by step... file, new, circle, circle-R25,ok. now you should have a sheet with blank circles. click on one so it has a red box. edit, add image, select image, open. click on image, resize. apply all. drag a box round all so they each have red dotted box. right click, mark to print. print.

If that fails, see "Had a bad day" post in cobblers arms. :smt021 that will cheer you up. then give "notsoezebadge" a call

Andy, thank you so much!!! You are a life saver. Perhaps you should offer to write the manual for them! Why do they not make it that simple, it would save them about 10 pages.? Thank you, thank you :D

Out of interest, do you sell many of these and how do they go?

glad to be of service. we do quite well with the eze badge, I use it for most orders that need a custom centre, but bigger orders I farm out, and I only sell a minimum of 54 (one sheet). otherwise you end up with half done sheets everywhere that tend to go yellow if you forget to put them back in the bag.
