Harry L Parker 32 Malthouse Lane Washwood Heath Birmingham B8 1SP Dont know if this is your man but he is the only Harry Parker on the Electoral roll in Birmingham. No Phone number listed so he must be Ex directory, Cable, or not have one installed. You could drop him a line, if he's retired he would be pleased to hear from you.
