Guest blank Posted May 17, 2006 Report Share Posted May 17, 2006 whit 700- you may or may not have seen my post "whit 700" but briefly on saturday i put up a post on what i thought was poor customer service, of an order of parts for 3 machines - which for one reason or other seemed that i was not going to get. i wromgly placed there name on the forum, appologies to standard - once it had gone on air they sprung into action! and at 10 am today they have resolved my problems and not only that have fitted the parts free of charge! this was unneccasary as i normally fit my own. they have restored my faith in there company, and i would recommend them to everyone. thank you all very much. and i find myself slightly red faced ( embarrassed) that i didn't call there offuice 6 months ago!
