Lee
I find selling it in an engravable tin at this time of year draws some extra revenue from this valuable stock line.
'Onest Andy
Tut tut Stephen.... no rat poison... Although perhaps you may not realise quite what it is. Lee
Brought myself a soldering iron a few months back, some silver solder & spend hours watching you tube, Last week I soldered the handle back on a silver cup so this is going to be a question more & more of us get asked. Dean
We got asked today if we "regrip" badminton racquet handles
Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
How about a link to the youTube vid Lee, I recovered many Racquet handles in the past, most were covered in skived leather so why should they not take them to a shoe repairer? Nowadays though most large sports shops offer this service, along with re-stringing... now that's a service you could provide..."We String Difficult Customers Up, While -U-Wait"
Dean
Having rarely played badminton - I wasn't aware that a badminton racquet would ever need "re-gripping." however, I suppose that opens up an entirely new debate! "Shuttlecocks worth hitting provide racquets worth re-gripping" Has anyone else noticed that in this trade, punters treat you like the local tourist information bureau?! where is this? where is that? where's the other?! Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
Has anyone else noticed that in this trade, punters treat you like the local tourist information bureau?! where is this? where is that? where's the other?! That info that you provide is worth a small fortune in PR terms, when you get known as the shop that has all the answers then you will be the first port of call for everything. Josphep Blogggggs in oposition to you may not have a clue as to what is available in the area and will lose custom if you are "The Man Who Can".
