pressure testing

Recommended Posts

Well here is my slant on it, and it works OK for me.

I charge £4 for a battery but when serving I state that I can pressure test to check water resistance for an extra £4, although this is quite low, I get around a 50% success rate. Meaning half the batteries I do I get £8 for.

I have both a dry tester and a water one, making testing quick and easy I use the dry one first and if the watch holds pressure great, job done. If it leaks I diagnose the leak with the water one.
