Growster
Am I right in thinking, that Timpsons, probably the country's largest key cutter, also charges the highest prices? I think (long ago that I last checked), they must be around £5 for a Yale key. Goes to show, that most customers are not really that price sensitive for key-cutting. Or what is your experience? Kind regards, Chris
StevenB
What we don't know is how many yale keys Timpsons are selling for £5 each, compared to us (at our average price of £2.50-see December's price survey). I'm certainly happy that I cut many more at £2.50 each than I would if they were £5.00 - my customers would definately become price sensitive at that level!
