  1. Yes but not been cut very well. Although they look different they are both 3.
  2. Track is correct, depth of track may be the issue, on my software (Silca SKP) i can adjust X,Y and Z depths by a + or - figure. Only used it on Yale superiors a few times but never had to bother on the Z12B. Have you checked the cutter is ok ?
  3. May have some luck with a Kaba blank modified depending on dimensions
  4. The code is the cut depths from tip to head. So when we enter the code in Silca software and send to the triax we reverse the number as the software enters the shoulder cuts first and the tip last. Not sure if instacode reverses it for you as we don't use it.
  5. We have always used Renate but as recently reported there have been issues with CR2016 and some 1.5 volts.
  6. Aliexpress is the cheapest place to go but quality although mostly good there are some bad ones. Get quite a lot from NW keys
  7. If the Abus blank only goes in part way then use Viro blanks Silca VI080
  8. Returned over 100 cr2016 to Condor, they replaced them no problem and tested their stock. Most where 80% 2.6V or lower.
  9. Great advise Howard, i do the same as you and always have. Just purchased a surelock mcgill outside access device for a trade customer and it was close to £1k. Quoted and they ordered. Thanks to this forum Peter and Count identified exactly what i was looking for THANKS guys. Quite often most just don't want the hassle of searching to find something so are happy to pay.
  10. Aftermarket not genuine. Possibly Chinese or Indian in origin. Get the lock and try till you find something that fits.
  11. You have most bases covered with the suppliers you have listed although there can be huge price differences between them for some window keys. The longer WMS keys for the tilt and turn windows have always been hard to track down (virtually impossible now).
  12. We use one of these https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/battery-testers/5177818?cm_mmc=UK-PLA-DS3A-_-google-_-CSS_UK_EN_ePMax_Prio3-_--_-5177818&matchtype=&&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwgdayBhBQEiwAXhMxtu9zW43FVZzs1qah9q0fmGhf1sKsobpQQ1hJXgjTHkjDK-8xn8P3bBoC3ccQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds And one of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B081JJ8Z5R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 We also use the AD and Draper signal testers.
  13. A keen eye is required to decode these, I agree with Terry that the cuts shown are as he stated. Look at the distance from edge of cut down to the main body. Seems quite clear the distance is greater than 2’s.
  14. You don't need the card I have given you the information above.
  15. I would have thought so but i only own Silca machines.
  16. https://www.davenport-burgess.com/products/HD-Q-GREENTEQ-ORION-Q-LOCK-DIMPLE-BLANK/P139809
  17. Think that may be one of the old MOD or similar special blanks. Silca UNI31 might fit but not sure.
  18. Best bet on any new lock system, buy a lock online/ebay/facebook/amazon and practice. Takes away any doubts. Then sell the lock on or keep to test when you change to new cutters etc.
