Track is correct, depth of track may be the issue, on my software (Silca SKP) i can adjust X,Y and Z depths by a + or - figure.
Only used it on Yale superiors a few times but never had to bother on the Z12B.
Have you checked the cutter is ok ?
The code is the cut depths from tip to head.
So when we enter the code in Silca software and send to the triax we reverse the number as the software enters the shoulder cuts first and the tip last.
Not sure if instacode reverses it for you as we don't use it.
Great advise Howard, i do the same as you and always have.
Just purchased a surelock mcgill outside access device for a trade customer and it was close to £1k. Quoted and they ordered.
Thanks to this forum Peter and Count identified exactly what i was looking for THANKS guys.
Quite often most just don't want the hassle of searching to find something so are happy to pay.
You have most bases covered with the suppliers you have listed although there can be huge price differences between them for some window keys.
The longer WMS keys for the tilt and turn windows have always been hard to track down (virtually impossible now).
We use one of these

And one of these

We also use the AD and Draper signal testers.
A keen eye is required to decode these, I agree with Terry that the cuts shown are as he stated. Look at the distance from edge of cut down to the main body. Seems quite clear the distance is greater than 2’s.
Best bet on any new lock system, buy a lock online/ebay/facebook/amazon and practice.
Takes away any doubts. Then sell the lock on or keep to test when you change to new cutters etc.
