S K C
You would need permission from BRISANT if you want to do theirs to code. But I have the Ninja Total and it is a great machine for doing dimple keys. lock&quay
almeriasecure
We have both machines and our first choice is the Keyline Ninja. I purchased the Futura first then the Ninja about four years later. Had we purchased the Ninja first we would not have purchased the Silca. I believe, from what I have been told, the only thing made in Italy is the Made in Italy sticker. Silca are normally the best in the business but have goofed with the Futura. If you could afford it I would recommend the Triax. da miller
I SAID BY THE BEST MANUAL MACHINES AVAILABLE NOT THE CHEAPEST and then cheapest computer machine after 40 odd years of cutting keys to the public i have FUTURA COMP , CITYLOCK RST tilt clamps silca first edition(bought in 1984) all set to copy the type of keys that he named very cost efective to start with futura was for car keys when i bought it other wise i would have bought something else, at half the price 90% OF CUSTOMERS HAVE THE KEY WHEN THEY COME IN TO THE SHOP SO I DON,T HAVE TO READ AND COPY and most times quicker to copy. as you agreed with me before when we discussed buying clamps for futura a few years ago ,and i did say unless he was offering on line service
grahamparker
I meant the most expensive computer machine not manual. My Unocode 399 has just clocked over 100,000 keys cut and never had an issue.
rapidlocks
machines like unocode , triax and viper were made to last a lifetime , machines like futura are not the same build quality and wont last the time these do lock&quay
da miller
these machines were bought buy us after years of copying manually and creating a turnover that aloud us to invest in ourselves and a greater knowlege of keys that leave most others behind had we used computers to start with i dought we would be where we are

I think my Futura is about 8 years old. As for the Unlimited updates for life do not mean much if Silca decide not to support the model. The biggest reason why I'm looking at buying some stuff is because I have a pension that's kicked in & I'd rather invest than give it to the tax man . How accurate is it at decoding the Avocet I'm wondering ?

grahamparker
My Silca Triax pro is superb but never used a Futura so cannot compare. Never touched a keyline machine so no idea. lock&quay

We decode Avocet on the Ninja and the as we have the jaws for Brisant we use the Futura for WXM. If you decode WXM keys and the do not work then use corrections to cut deeper.
