Bronco78th
Hi all. As title, just curious, if anyone has been through the process, which I understand is hell.... both getting the thing and then after your watched like a hawk...they spent more time checking on the legit guys than stopping people selling Military engravings without a license online, apparently. what are the costs? Curious to know of any info from anyone that has been through it or has an active license. Kind Regards, John
Happy Dude
I used to do engraving for the Royal Scots with their logo, I didn't have a license for it because it was all official orders. I did 200 pocket watches with their crest for them before they were merged with the Borderers to make The Royal Regiment of Scotland. I did stuff for the Royal Regiment with their crest but all that work dried up years ago, th, all the things for that come with the only thing I get now is putting plates on for awards and presentations, all the items for that have the crest attached in manufacturing. Bronco78th
@Happy Dude Ive got a similar arrangement with a unit currently, got it in writing I can use their logo on orders on their behalf, so yeah any direct stuff I just mention it to the shop and se eif they want a cut. They are quite chilled about it though. Happy Dude
