Wish I could find a reliable 3* cylinder... thinking of just selling 1* now - too many returns and call outs to failed ones

I read something about Federal’s anti-snap design (used by Ultion, Avocet and Era) having problems with springs and trap pins jamming the lock. And Micota’s anti-snap design (used by Asec and various others) frequently fails because of clutch problems. Any idea if it’s true?

Are Yale, Mul-T-Lock or Evva more reliable?
