lock&quay
I think I've found it XHV187 - FEDERAL UCF KEY BLANK (DB) is there a card number ?
grahamparker
Yes, Silca Card is 4128 When you have a 3 or 4 outer cut then cut a 2 or a 3 first then go over again. These blanks are as hard as they come and they blunt the cutters if you try to go to deep on the first pass. lock&quay and Growster 1

cobblers.keys
If anyone tries to cut these on the Mustang I would advise think twice before doing and pricing it. I tried to cut it out using the cutter and tracer shown but even going slow and taking a bit at a time it still slowed the motor down and on the 2nd cutting side the cutter was too hot and worn to manage carry on cutting. However I have managed to get one cut to code from a 3rd party and still make a profit after the cost of my original blank and getting a cut to code key. These keys are best left to the computerized machine eg triax-e-code, futura etc imo

Thanks Federal Ironguard cylinders. Not sure it's still available as it's been superceded by the Federal APE 3 star. It was originally sold be Codringtons until they went bust then all stock moved to Brisant (they still have a few 40/40 k&t left) You may be able to get them from Q-Locks but pretty sure Kenny only has the APE cylinders or you could try Loktonic (Tony ex employee of Codringtons). I have noticed quite a few still call it the Ironguard cylinder but show an Image of the new APE cylinders so you may not get what you ordered online. We have cut hundreds of Ironguard keys but i would say to anyone DO NOT BUY THEM they are a bugger to cut keys for and there are better cylinders to choose from.
