abababa Posted November 27, 2021 Report Share Posted November 27, 2021 Gotta trace that manually...It's a buggar sometimes... manufacturing deficiencies means slightly different pin depths from inside to outside the current key is bypassing somehow. if you cut to code, then it will not allow for these deficiencies on one side of the lock. grahamparker Posted November 28, 2021 Report Share Posted November 28, 2021 It was traced manually on 6 of the keys and one was cut on my Triax. We have cut thousands of these and generally have no issues. It’s usually the angle cuts that just need to be cut less deeper than the original.
