It's good to be back (Tim Wilford Trend Trophies )

Just signed up on the Forum , after a few years of relaxation , i'm now back in the world of trophies with Trend trophies .

I'm an occasional customer but I think your postage charges need looking at.

I ordered one small trophy for a customer which was £9.00 retail and the postage was £10.75!

I've passed the postage on to the customer but he nearly didn't order because of this, and I can't cover it otherwise I'm losing on the transaction.

Glenways two postage charges are a lot better for getting those small orders in the till.

They offer a 48free service, not sure what the minimum charge is but we use it a lot especially if not in a rush.

Trend are great, always have been.

Don't you get a free delivery day? Mines on a Friday, I just work around that.

That was just an example, but not every order is large with 2 week wait.

I try and keep all customers happy at the moment as they are few and far between most days!!

Hi the base situation should be fine now , we had a few problems a while back but its good now
