with just 200 calories theres not much to get excited about , a few mouthfulls and its done , last nights offering was a small piece of salmon and 80 grams of green veg , but im told my body will thank me

It would thank you more with 5 pints of lager and a good old kebab. Only joking i have cut down to 3 meals a day and no chocolate with smaller portions and that's bloody hard enough so hats off to you.

A tip for you!   Never ever knock the pin in on these.  Too risky!  I have seen a number of these where the pin knock components off the board.  Can't be sure but I think that might have happened on this one.  Check if you can still read the transponder before reassembling.

unless your in nottingham , if in nottingham do it the well known nationals way and hit it as hard as you can with the biggest hammer you can find , i fix alot of these for a national the last one i went to for them the case wasnt even closed with the pin , he hadnt replaced the pin to keep it locked.

so if in notts then please break them , and pass my number

As this key is for a takeaway delivery car in my street I managed to put it back together ( to use temporarily) and used a "corner arm on the spring" from an old key until I can get a new case. I managed to straighten the locking pin and put back in and the key works. I am waiting for delivery from 3D now thanks. Btw Graham how does the pliers get the pin out?.

Thanks again
