Paul_
We are on the verge of finally buying a laser engraver, we plan to do all our glassware on it along side our signage and house signs. We get a lot of enquires about wood and leather so are fully expecting to do more jobs with those materials. My 2 questions to engravers with a laser are: How do you charge for jobs? I’m thinking I’ll charge glass/signage the same as with my Universal but unsure about other jobs that I’ve been unable to do until now, for example a name onto a leather wallet? Do you stock (and if so where from) laser-able giftware such as wooden items or slate novelty signs? Cheers in advance. Paul. windycity
x minit uk
Surely you will be doing the engraving free on leather wallets if purchased from you.?

lockdecoders
CO2 lasers are really cheap. I saw some made my Boxford and they have a UK office.

Thanks, but that's a another topic....who's machine to buy. We've decided to either get Gravograph or Trotec, decided not to go down the cheap route!
