petercoulson Posted October 2, 2019 Report Share Posted October 2, 2019 Couple of things, did the switch light up before? If so it isn't the capacitor and usually if that goes down you get a buzzing but no motion. Next thing if that's the case I don't remember 100% but the unit where the mains lead plugs into has a little fuse or 2 which I think are the ones you are referring to and I have known these units fail - they are very similar to engraving machine units the only real way to tell is to test the supply and see where it stops.
