I have trouble reattaching units that have come this one is a plastic the top piece is sticking like a goodun but the heel keeps coming away i have asked if he useing the heel to pull the boot off i use primer tek 10 and tek 950 glue i have tried 50/50 in the past don't seem to get on with it 

Any ideas?

i tried most types of shoe repair glue and none seem 100% on this type of repair.we fix these all the time and very rarely get any back.get Gorilla glue from hardware store.clean area on knaumkeg best you can then apply a thin bead of gorilla glue about 1 cm from edge then push together with your hands and to hold in place fire a few 1"staples around top of heel to hold it in place then leave overnight.then remove staples and any excess glue it will pry of with small knife.then apply a bit of polish and job done.only apply a small bead as glue expands while dryinfg.

I dont do shoe repaires, but are often asked for a glue to stick soles back on.  I would have thought Gorrila glue would not be flexible enough when it dried for shoe repair. Which Gorrilla glue are you using
