Does anyone know the key for these roof bars?

It's for an internet customer - I normally us LF12 for these but the punter says it's really difficult to get into the lock.

brand ??

if key does enter even with difficulty and turns, then as said lubricate, if no help, remove & disassemble, if is a Thule I believe you can pull down retainer wafer and pull plug out without disassembly

Agreed.

Problem is if wafers are stuck and it's locked you cannot pick it open without a great deal of trouble.

The shoulders are to wide and stop the key entering into the plug fully that's why the correct blank is LF12.
