Customer today, starts with,

"I've got a vintage Rolex!"

I'm thinking no thank you .

" I bought a glass for it on line and researched it in youtube."

I'm thinking God, no!

" I've removed the bezel, but now I need you to fit my glass."


but politely just turned it down, and sent him to a Rolex agent.
