MarkD
Sounds very cheap, I pay nearly that as a one man band who doesn't carry the value of machines required for Auto work and without loss of earnings. hibsjo(SCO)
grahamparker
Mine is £650 including the property and all you listed. To do locksmith work away from the premises we where quoted about £1400 a year on our renewal last year so we just stopped doing the work as we are really busy in the shop and there are a good 10+ locksmiths all fighting over prices it didn't really seem viable anymore but i do sell to most of them anyway so get a small bit of profit out of them anyway. hibsjo(SCO)

Gray
Mines a bit strange. I pay 2 lots. One for the shop unit I own just contents and customer liability etc, and one to the landlord of the block I'm situated in for the building (terrorism etc that's a laugh) totals about £650 pa. hibsjo(SCO)

David C
We pay around £650 for the shop (including buildings insurance) and £150 contractors (doesn't include tools & machinery so the vans usually empty, I just take what I need) hibsjo(SCO)
