Immediately got an email from Brisant: This is Kelly from Brisant - we make the Ultion lock that you registered. We can sort your key order over the phone. Please call me on 0115 784 3162 or reply to this email with your contact number and I will call you back. We can get keys to you within 1 or 2 days. I have had a lot of work from customers who have bought new composite doors. I have also just registered up become an avocet ABS centre so once the codes are unlocked I will be cutting these at the same price I do Ultion and Yale Superior keys at. grahamparker Posted August 18, 2017 Report Share Posted August 18, 2017 Hi Dan, Can you forward the e-mail from Brisant to me please parkers.msc@ntlworld.com I have just spoken to the rep and he said it is just an automated e-mail and if you call them or e-mail they will point you towards an Ultion stockist. They are not trying to take key cutting away from us but point customer who may have had them supplied with a new door to find a stockist local to them.
