damen.rudi
I'm looking for a key for a Chevrolet Impala 1963. Where can I find information about these oldtimers? Silca doesn't excist that long.

keySolutions
Any GM from 1935 to 1966 uses Silca key blank BA2. After 1967 GM started using more different blanks , these have a letter id on them. They also added a fifth depth.

damen.rudi
Thanks for the help. I'll give the BA2 a try. Because I get very regular customers with oldtimers where can I get this information? As I wrote before Silca did't excist in the sixcties and the information we get is not old enough. I tried Ilco but very often there are only Ilco keys and no cross references available. Over here in Belgium we do not have any Ilco distributor and to obtain the keys from the USA is very expensive and takes a very long time. Anybody a good idea?? kobblers

Silca Car Book 503 from 1994 has a lot of oldtimers info in it. We still use it often. Ask your supplier if the still have one.
