grahamparker
Brilliant machine, used to cut all the Yale/Magnum keys on mine until i bought the titling Jaw for my triax. Had to use it for a lot of Dimple keys i cannot cut on the Triax so well worth the purchase price.

Thanks Use the 2mm then, it depends on the key you are copying. What keys are you struggling with ?.
greg
Hi Graham. It was a hu92 mini key I cut it and would not go into lock. I was thinking it was due to using 2.5 cutter and 2.5 tracer?
exp121260
I have always used 2mm cutter and Tracer for these keys without issue. however, I am not sure whether this issue is due to the size of cutter and Tracer you have used (2.5mm) . It's some time due to the side croove of the key not locking correctly in the jaws or the customer key is worn down badly.
