Forest Cobbler
Hi Would any of you be interested in buying a Zippo Cabinet? It holds 96 lighters and has a working motor, but the tube has blown so you might want to replace that. We'll give it a good clean beforehand. Location is on the Surrey / Hampshire border if that is of any relevance. All reasonable offers (monetary, not camels ) considered. Thanks, Valerie
Craig Gardner
Why would anyone buy one when a brand new one is free of charge from zippo when my last two tubes blew both times they just replace the cabinet and stand free of charge Craig
Forest Cobbler
I didn't know that. Ebay it is then. Maybe there's a collector who would like it. Otherwise it's going to the tip. kobblers

Forest Cobbler
Well we've got a replacement smaller cabinet now from Colledges. We only thought that someone might like the old one when I was swapping the lighters over.
Craig Gardner
And I gues your new one was free of charge Craig
grahamparker
We sold ours really easily. So there is a market for them. Think ours was the same size and we got £100 for it. I think the guy who bought it wasn't putting zippo lighters in it.
Forest Cobbler
Yes it was free of charge, but not direct from Zippo. We should probably have bought the lighters to go with it as it came from Colledges, that's the usual deal, but fortunately we didn't have to. The only reason I even put the question on here is because we saw that one had been put up for sale before. I notice that the guy selling his then didn't get any flack about ' why should I buy an old one when I can get a new one for free?'. jayke
Count Muppet
I've sold 3 before, all at £50 each when the lights have gone. They were all sold to customers that collect zippos. Maybe put a for sale sign on it and it might go
Forest Cobbler
Good thinking. I'll do that now and put a sign in the window too. It's got to be easier than ebay. Thanks, Valerie
