Personally I don't think this happens very much, at the end of the day this is the tool that is the forum, its to sort out problems that as independent business' we may not have an instant answer to ourselves. its the help that stops the turnover going else where, be that our local competitor, our internet competitor or some national company that just don't care so much. if you have an answer to help a member jump straight in. derek 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
