Like Cromwell said, they are used on stilettos "LOL" You could, for example, drill open a cash box if the key was lost and the customer wasn't intereted in paying for it to be opened non-destructively. I use a hand held, but years ago when working for Mister Minit I managed to drill right through my finger in one side and out the other! Smarted a bit! While u wait pair of shoes.
