Lee
Can anyone supply me with a lock of these dimensions? I can only seem to find one in the US? Lee
DC77
I think that is an Adams Rite 8346-01 patio door cylinder. A google search on the name and number brings up UK suppliers but the dimensions are all in metric. DC
Mick Friend
I think the union - tessa and other knobsets had this type of cylinder try davenports
grahamparker
I think i got one direct from America as i couldn't source one in the uk, it was fitted to the MRI scanner door at grimsby hospital. But i had to buy the complete lock and housing rather than just the cylinder core. The door was over 80mm thick from memory which is why the tail needed to be so long. HowardK
it appears you can get them or similar in the UK via the Google link I posted, https://www.google.com/search?q=weiser+patio+door+lock+cylinder+UK&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 if not, email me with details, address & such if the step on the rear of the bible is not required, I think you are good to go, you can also make the step by hand if required, Howard Krutzler Mr. K's Lock & Key 1443 East Madison Cottage Grove, Oregon 97424 kfam_1 AT hotmail.com change AT to @

Count Muppet
Could he not transfer the original tail from one lock to the other?
silverfern
The tailbars don't always transfer straight over unless exactly the same.
