We did sublimation for a few years but i was never happy with the quality of any of the products we did, the customers did'nt complian but for me if it was'nt 100%........so we dont do it now.

We had a problem with our printer fuser which we replaced at the cost of the printer

Is it a main part of your business, do you get a good return on your time and stock used,

What other services do you offer?

sounds like the heat press element is going do you have a flat press if so test by printing a mouse mat or flat object with bold black that will tell you if its the press or not if you are serious about subli you should be using sawgrass ink in the likes of a ricoch printer with a good press the results can be stunning if good printer ink and press and quality is mug used

hi agree with craig..combination of epson printer with chinese ink and press is not ideal..ricoh with sawgrass gel ink and adkins press works a treat..in the meantime i will reduce time from 180 to 150 and see..i think your press is heating up more than set temprature which you can try and overcome by reducing time..
