alxfer
Having trouble getting the full range of colours in the Saphir Renovating Creams. Is there only one stockist in UK?
Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
Like most products you will never get a wholesaler who has the full range of colours. Not even the manufacturers can provide that. Colours change with the seasons and fashion and you will find that the wholesalers may only stock colours that are fast moving, just like you they dont want old stock left on their shelves. One of my favourite polishes that Saphir, brill in tubes for jackets and in kits for furniture

robinh
Yes we are the only Saphir stockist in the UK. The Saphir rcolour range is huge and many of the colours ,especially the browns, are very close in shade to other browns . Because of this we do not stock the full range. In addition Saphir have introduced new colous and discontinued other colours without providing a new colour chart. This makes life very difficult for us to provide accurate information on colours available. We also have to order a large quantity at a time and so occaionally find ourselves short of certain colours when we get a run on demand and have to wait until our requirements are sufficient to issue a bulk order. ( If anyone thinks wholesaling is easy these days they are much mistaken) On the subjct of tube polishes, we have discontinued the Renovator Tubes due to lack of demand but we still stock a range called Canadian in basic colours for leather jackets and handbags as well as Baume liquid renovator for leather furniture and car seats. Rick - Green dye has been discontinued but we still do Black, Brown, Dak Brown, Navy and Burgundy in spirit dye.

robinh
I am delighted that you find Saphir Canadian polish so useful Hugh! I hope your wife is also satisfied with its performance. We also have a product called REPTAN which is perfect for any exotic leathers such as alligator, croc or python . Perhaps with Christmas round the corner you may be considering buying a special thong and may worry about what to use to keep it in perfect condition. It's the exotic skins that I'm having trouble with robin, it must be the acidic perspiration that rots through the scales. Just when yer give em a good tug they snap. Tried Scotchgaurd and it keeps Glaswegians away but those Swansea lads get in anywhere. That reminds me I must shave that wool like substance off her bum.
