busy bee
I wonder what you all charge for engraving perpetual cups, i.e. name & date on the round plinth (or on the cup) This is a job I hate, I have to force myself to do them. Lee
A good strating point is to download our last price survey it includes many engraving jobs including this one. As for me £10 upto 25 letters then 10p after that. Lee
busy bee
My husband said I might enjoy engraving them more if I charged enough.... perhaps he's right! I am doing them for £6.00 at the moment.

Dean
I've got about 50 of them to do for next week for a local school Luckily it's the first year and name on the band as we supplied the cups last year so they shouldn't take as long
ANDY
£8.50 for us, getting slightly cheaper the more you have. £7.00 is the cheapest we go for over 20. my personal favourite this year is "2007 dineshi nirgunananathan-smith" times twenty two annuals. charged at £4.50 each on my day off??? that one really stung.. Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
I'll do it cheaper, on a printed sticky label 50p each +postage, any takers?

busy bee
I'll do it cheaper, on a printed sticky label 50p each +postage, any takers? I've seen these stickers on the black bases. I have to say I don't like the look of them, although I can understand why they are used, it would be so easy! However, the majority of my work is on silver bases, and you wouldn't put a sticker on one of those.........would you?
Graham
On round bases we charge 55p per letter with a minimum charge of £10.90. Timpsons charge a fortune so we fit quite nicely in at these prices.
