ironplanet uk900
Just looked at the photos you just put up Rick, you could cut that off a double bitted blank, with a bit of imagination. PS wash ya hands.
Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
I've got one of those keys for my floor safe that i use for credit cards and passports. It was purchased from Woolworths and cost £12 with 2 keys. Looking at mine I would say you could cut it off a double sided one like UK says but you will need a cavity machine for the short and long recess's on both sides. There is no make on the safe but I got one for my daughter and hers is still in the box. Going to see her tuesday evening and will have a look if there is any leaflet with it for obtaining keys or a manufacturer.

kobblers
i could probably cut it off a larger double bit, you're absolutely right except i have no way of removing the half rounded dimple groove accurately on one side of the key. unless you have a way i could try that i've not thought of and doesn't involve me using my engraver to mill it out if it is only a £12 quid safe then he's probably not gonna pay me twenty quid to make him a new copy anyway it's not one of the mauer blanks hibs, had a really good look today, thanks anyway. Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
The reccess does not have to be half round rick, it can be flat. The Safes are imported direct by woolworth for their stores. The customer may not have purchased it at the price I did as there was a special offer on at the time, just after I had paid £65 for one from a trade source. (not much difference either). skippy
I bought two of these safes for £15 ea keys look exact same and both worked each safe. came with three keys each. £5 per key charge £10 and youve made a fiver on each and got a free safe. I got these from a bog standard market stall theres loads of em about and I believe the keys are all the same so you dont even have to cut em
