    Nanex from Birch

However, retail is detail and more sales only come from good marketing. Mr Wilson has in my opinion given the trade a good marketing tool Yes I am selling Nanex but surprise surprise my normal sales of protector @ £4-95 have shot upwards as well. If all our suppliers put this sort os thought into selling there products with good POS we'd all do a lot better.

No idea's rick, but can say with the video now in the shop ives the product class. All i say is it's like using Rainex on your car windscreen, water just flows off. We have set up out own samples in the shop - one with this on and the other with nothing, then put water on - it rolls off staff seem to like this also seems a good extra to sell especially here where it's been a very wet day. Only sold two today.
  5. Hi Lottie, I was/am interested in the watch box? but maybe you might want to resist the stuff you have left as the listing is now fr too long? (only a suggestion) please pm me if it's still available thanks

This is probably the hardest thing to get right, one of my brothers has a really good eBay account which the feedback is somewhere around 40,000 last time I looked and talking to him he gats more business on his web biz from people who visit whilst buying off of eBay - when they go to the checkout he has the page similar to the bay one and for some reason they buy more whilst there - most don't . He also links everything else to his web page, facebook linked in twitter etc.
  17. I had a customer into my shop and was asking for parts of materials that I'd never been asked for before - she explained she was making her own shoes which she read on the internet. After a little searching I fond this - https://www.wikihow.com/Make-Shoes Maybe this site should adopt similar themes?

  22. Out, and not believed all the crap on the BBC which is driven by Gov to try and get people scared - they did it in Scotland and Cameroon thought he would get away with it for the Brexit vote, seems we all did not believe the hype - also some of the MP's have changed there minds they voted to stay and now are happy to leave? i hope they grow a pair and start fighting for this country
  23. This is a letter to one of my customers about the Hydrolysis that occurred with the moulded units on his shoes, just to give you something to talk about with your customer's hope it helps in some way., Dear Sir, Thank you for your email and pictures very helpful, unfortunately your older boots have Hydrolysis The molecules in the polyurethane midsole of your footwear has broken down due to a reaction known as Hydrolysis. This can sometimes occur in polyurethane products, usually many years after manufacture. It may be accelerated through lack of use, or by being stored in a humid unventilated area. Hydrolysis is a natural process and not a manufacturing flaw All boot/shoe makers can experience problems with rubber based sole units, it is not isolated to your Dubarry boots. You could try www.pickupmyrepair.com who may be able to build up a sole for you. We are sorry we cannot repair on this occasion however, as a gesture of good will we would be able to offer you 20% off a non sale pair of boots which would be valid until 6 months from the date of this email.
