    Unique opportunity

Most of you are aware of the circumstances that led me from being a self employed shoe repairer to the work I now do, with my wife, visiting schools nationally and sharing our Jimmy's story. www.forjimmy.org We are so grateful for the continued help given to the charity, via the forum, by our fellow trades people. The charity is now my full time work and of course the business is still ongoing, but it's now some two years since I cut a key or repaired a shoe. I have granted a licence for someone to run the business as their own, however they now want to move on, and I need to find a solution. I am completely open to suggestions from either buying the business, or some form of licence , or indeed some form of trading together. It is a very well established business in a central high street position, (Sidcup) with a separate entranced two bedroom flat above. It is very profitable, especially for a working owner. I am happy to listen to any proposal and give more information. However I don't want to do this via the forum, but would ask if you would like to propose something please e mail me first. This is a great opportunity for someone to run their own business, and how that might look is for someone to be inventive. barry@forjimmy.org

    Roof racks

Should be LF12 but if not lubricated these locks seize up. Plenty of lubricant may help it start working again. If you use WD40 (spits) make sure you try and clean out as much as possible and lubricate with some proper oil.

You can have as much pricing as you like, people won't see it and just ask anyway. It's the second question after, "Do you cut keys?"
