Im starting to think that this needs to be broken down into layers and engraving them at different depths, when I inverted the image it engraved different aspects of the image and starts to take on a 3d effect...will keep you updated

dont mean to rain on you guys parade but the bulldog and cat are crap

its turning into britains got talent im sorry but you cant sing!

the cat image, why is there a box round it? and on the wrong axis??

the bulldog just looks poor

neither of these could be sold to customers imho

carry on!

Did you do something perfectly the first time you tried?

Totally agree with your comments guy's, two weeks practice with the engraver and yes I'm bored with dog tags so thought I would try something more challenging, do you have any advice on how these items are engraved to resemble the clients image?  My role is to sell the engraving machines so I think that I would be expected to have some idea of the limits.

HIBSJO & Count Muppet are only saying what I and others have thought so no worries about their direct style of management, I shall treat it as a clip round the ear lol

Looking forward to meeting you at a show/event someday
