i,mlooking into doing a locksmith course can anyone recommend a top notch course inside Warwickshire at all or near abouts ta

MLA based over the border in Daventry. Maybe they do them?

it depends on what you are expecting:-

Open ups - lots on offer many use doctored kit so you think you are a magician - 

Or maybe lock fitting

or Lock repair

or vehicles

or safes

or access control

 

Open ups There are 200 out there already which range from a battering ram, hole saw, multisaw, big drill for 'special metal' to dedicated pics at £150- £200 a lock type -plus maybe 2-30 hours practice on a whole range of the same style lock, picking is the ways to go but it takes experiance, a knowledge of the lock internals, hours of practice, continual practice and a huge investment in kit - or of course a Makita from screwfix and a drill bit and drill enough holes to pull the guts through the door.

Ahhh but for £200 I could do a postal course making you a 'MASTER LOCKSMITH' in only 1 week.

I'm still struggling to be "MASTER LOCKSMITH" after over a decade...
