Looks like a MLA restricted section the number would refer to the locksmith that supplied it (if they are still about)  when the MLA wakes up after Christmas you could call with that number and they would tell you who.

Thanks all for your reply. Customer only had 1 keys and it was a bit bend!I will contact the above provided contact by (Growster) see if they can assist otherwise as Graham said a new lock with 3 spare keys would be hasle free option. End of the day the final decision will customer's not myself. Once again thanks all for your advice. Regards

These were available from davenport years ago until a patent was put on them no longer available anywhere

Thanks JC2017 for the link, I do not think customer would pay this price for this key as he was asking some discount for couple of 20p key caps :)

 

 

BTW, We have Graham for Ultion keys with excellent service and trade price, I never need and use anyone else...
