just cut and programed a renault key on my trs5000 and now neither key will start car, customer here waiting for answers.

 any ideas please.

In this case, put the car without electricity. I mean take off the power of the battery and wait for aprroximately 20 minutes. The ECU of the car will reset himself. Mostly the problem is solved.

Don't know about the TRS5000 ; but when we had the Keyline system for the ID46 , we were told never to cycle the unprogrammed key in a Renault igintion 3 times in a row. That will make the ecu lock up and it needs to be reset by disconnecting the battery.


Any key profile mentioned in the above post is the Silca reference.

Thanks for all the reply's, it did start after about 30 mins and he went on his merry way, scary though.
