One where I cut some keys properly, and one where I did some watch batteries correctly. Hardly mind blowing customer service. So I had a look at other cobblers reviews, one got a bad review because the customer lost his ticket. And some one got a bad review because a job he really didn't want to do in the first place went wrong. ( he should have just stuck to his guns. No means no.) It all seems so unregulated and random. Last week a customer wanted me to repair His 60 year old mechanical alarm clock for virtually nothing, he could easily just give me a bad review. ( He didn't, wrong generation.) Told the guy no thank you & next day had a one star review from the guy. Sent google several e-mails & didn't even get a reply.
