Hi Steven,

I really do apologise that you have had an issue with sold out products recently.  If possible can you tell me which products you had the problem with so I can look into the issue further?

 

If you place an order for products which are sold out our staff are expected to offer the best possible replacement available, I hope we found you the best alternative on this occasion.
