I'm going to start offering this service soon and wanted some ideas for wording to put on customer receipts/warranty cards.

Anything I should/shouldn't include?

Ideas please.

Ta!

My two guarantee cards for either watches not waterproofed (brown card) or watches resealed ( blue card).
Maybe I should have more disclaimers on them, but they suit my needs in their current form very well.Attached File  20160815_083914-1.jpg   1001.26KB   3 downloads

Trying to get some wording sorted on some cards.
I set these up on Vistaprint.
Any opinions?

Personally I like more space for the description, but on the whole ( oh oh back to anal ) very good.

One card appears to have no address on, is there a reason for this?
