Irontoe Posted July 26, 2016 Report Share Posted July 26, 2016 Does anyone know anywhere other than the Fossil group where spare parts for their stable of watch brands can be sourced? Generally you have to have an account and sell one of their brands but maybe there is someone out there that has access. The last fossil job that I slowly got drawn into like this, it could only be done by fossil ( it was a Michael Kors). Unbelievablely they did the job within two weeks and did not charge me. Mike at Vauxhall Posted September 3, 2016 Report Share Posted September 3, 2016 It had started as a simple movement repair/replacement. Just could not get the ridiculously flimsy hands to stay on. Plus due to the raised crystal set dial, there was virtually no space between the hands. So sent it to fossil. They replaced the whole head.
